1.Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Interactive controls are keyboard reachable with a visible focus ring, all controls carry accessible names, and text meets contrast requirements in both light and dark themes.
2.Known limitations
- The interactive 3D room visualisation on the home page is decorative and cannot convey its content to screen readers; every fact it illustrates is also written in text next to it.
- Some older product videos may not yet have captions.
We treat these as bugs, not accepted compromises, and fix them as we find them.
3.Tell us
If anything on this site blocks you, email accessibility@buoai.cn with the page URL and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 business days and will describe the fix and its timing rather than closing the report silently.
