1.The agreement
By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order. Nothing here affects consumer rights that the law does not let us take away.
2.Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your shipping address. Shipping is shown before you confirm.
We authorise payment only when you confirm. If a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than ship at the wrong price — we will tell you rather than silently charging more.
3.Orders and cancellation
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation; until then we may decline it — for example if an item turns out to be out of stock or was mispriced.
Before dispatch you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. After dispatch, see the Return Policy.
4.Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays are outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. If the carrier reports delivered but nothing arrived, contact us within 14 days and we will pursue it with the carrier.
5.Returns and refunds
Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6.Warranty
Hardware carries a 24-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, described in the Warranty page. The warranty is in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.
7.Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by misuse, modification, or installation contrary to our instructions. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
8.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
